Seth Persily, Esq., Managing Attorney of Persily & Associates PC, is Counsel to the Firm in complex litigation matters.
Seth is an attorney, philanthropist, technologist, and serial entrepreneur. A member of the Georgia Bar, Mr. Persily worked at the Atlanta law firm of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan before starting his own practice, Persily & Associates, where he focuses on complex plaintiff-side Multidistrict litigation.
An active member of his community, Mr. Persily was appointed by Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin, with unanimous approval from the City Council, to the City of Atlanta's Civil Service Board, where he oversaw City of Atlanta employment decisions. He is a graduate of L.E.A.D. Atlanta, has served on the National Board of Directors of GLAAD, and currently serves on the National Board of Directors of the Point Foundation.
Mr. Persily is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Mr. Persily served as Publisher of the Harvard Law Record, President of the Lambda Law Association, and authored a book, Arguing Equality. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Religion.
